Project in a nutshell

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH is located in Grasbrunn, Germany, has 13’000 employees, with total sales of EUR 1,699bn in 2015. Project targets were a complete redesign of all SAP Authorizations in the central SAP ERP System, minimizing compliance issues in the authorization design, and optimizing return on investment (ROI).

Key challenges during the project were the low availability of business personnel, protected go-live without interrupting business processes, the creation of authorizations in the context of security and enterprise guidelines, short project timeline, as well as a fixed budget.
